Frequently Asked Questions
We want your Willow & Wren experience to be clear and simple. Below are answers to the most common questions.
Products
Our salves are made with whole botanicals, oils, and beeswax. Each product page lists full ingredients. While our formulas are gentle, we always recommend patch testing first if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
Store your salve in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. When stored properly, salves typically last 12+ months.
Shipping
All orders are made in small batches with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. During launches or high-demand times, processing may take a little longer. We’ll communicate any delays.
U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, and expedited options are available at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
At this time, we ship within the U.S. only. International shipping options will be announced in the future.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@willowandwren.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be found, first check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. We cannot refund packages scanned as delivered, but we’ll help you open a claim with the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll help you open a claim with the carrier. Once an order is scanned by the carrier it is outside our control, and we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
Returns and Refunds
Because our salves are handcrafted in small batches and made for personal use, all sales are final. This ensures safety, quality, and freshness.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process.
We do not accept exchanges. If you received the wrong item, please contact us and we’ll correct the error.
