Shipping Policy

Processing Times
All orders are prepared in small batches with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. During product launches or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will always communicate delays clearly.

Shipping Rates and Times
Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our hands, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Damages and Issues
We do our best to pack items securely. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@willowandwren.co with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right. Please note that shipping carriers do not always cover minor dents or cosmetic flaws that do not affect product use.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options will be announced in the future.

Lost Packages
If your package shows as “delivered” but cannot be located, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. We cannot provide refunds for packages that are scanned as delivered, but we will help you open a claim with the carrier.
