Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Final
Because our salves are handcrafted in small batches and intended for personal use, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our hands. This ensures safety, quality, and freshness for every customer.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Email us at hello@willowandwren.co and we will do our best to make it right.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process.

Lost Packages
Once your order has been scanned by the carrier, it is outside of our control. If your package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located, we will gladly help you file a claim with the carrier, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you received the wrong item, contact us and we will correct the error.
